I'm a yoga therapist, Ayurvedic health counselor, and your guide in the Radiant Women Collective.

I spent years pushing through exhaustion, eating "perfectly," doing all the right things — and feeling worse.
Until I discovered Ayurveda and yoga therapy. Until I learned to work WITH my body instead of against it. Until I understood that healing isn't about doing more — it's about coming home.
Now, I dedicate my life to helping women like you transform burnout into balance, depletion into vitality, and disconnection into deep inner knowing.

What if I'm brand new to Ayurveda, yoga, or herbalism? Perfect! This community is designed for all levels. We make ancient wisdom accessible and practical. You don't need any prior experience — just curiosity and openness.
How much time do I need to commit? As much or as little as you want. The live gatherings are about 60-90 minutes per month. The practices range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. This is designed to fit your real life, not add more overwhelm.
What if I can't make the live sessions? Every live session is recorded and available in the resource library. You can watch on your own time.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes! Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. Annual memberships are non-refundable but you retain access for the full year.
Is this only for women? Yes. The Radiant Women Collective is a space specifically for women to gather, heal, and support each other.

What if I've tried other programs and they didn't work? We hear this often. The difference here is that we're not giving you another rigid protocol. We're teaching you to listen to YOUR body and trust YOUR wisdom. This is personalized to you, sustainable for you, and supported by community.
